I was playing on 2 clients, apq-ing on the other one with my NL and I was only there to provide hs to them because one of them (from previous HT run that went bust because server mass DC us twice) asked and said they needed HS. I was free on that client so I went along to provide HS for free. I was afk almost 90% of the time on that client and only went back like twice for maple tree and once during the boss fight to press magic guard again until server mass dc again. It was my first showa boss and I wasn't even going to get exp or splits or anything from that run since from what I know the boss doesn't drop anything that valuable, and there was like 7 or 8 attackers. I was just being helpful, giving free hs and leaving ???
You and your party got caught discussing and attempting to abuse a time leap glitch to gain an infinite duration of smokescreen, thus you're banned for 3 days for having done so.
Bossfight? I never mentioned a bossfight anywhere in my reply to your ban appeal, you wrote an entire wall of text based on an assumption. No, the discussion and trying out of the glitch happened before you guys entered the bossfight and you have shown signs indicating that you were reading what your squad was saying. Multiple times did your squad members tell the shadower that he had to keep using smokescreen non stop, which shouldn't naturally be possible because it has a cooldown. With all of that said; if you can give a decent reply explaining how or why it did not occur to you that they were exploiting a glitch right in front of you while you were present, we could investigate it and see if your ban can be reversed. However if you fail to do so, I fail to comprehend why we should consider you innocent in this situation.
I think you're thinking too far ahead in time, I'm talking about the time when you said "what do I do?teach me" which is something you said while they were discussing exploiting the glitch. This all happened before you entered the bossfight, not after.
My question was why you didn't notice the rest of your squad discussing exploiting a glitch at the time you were asking them a question, and I want an answer to that question and not hear some side story about your other character in APQ.
Okay, this is the last time I'm going to explain my question and the details to this question, if you fail to reply directly to my question I will close the ban appeal as you don't seem to be able to reply to the 1 question I've given you a few times now. Before you even entered the room where the boss is located, your squad was preparing to abuse a glitch and they were actively discussing this. You asked them a question and they asked you a question which you replied to (A question about whether you had a comb, and a question about whethere someone had mw20), which means you were present at the time. Usually when someone asks a question they read what's been said after to see if that someone receives a reply. With that said I assume you have read the chat that followed directly after your question. Now your question, Riv, was as follows: As you can see, at the time you asked your question your squad was actively discussing that their plan is to keep casting smokescreen. As we all know smokescreen has a cooldown which means that it can not be contiously used. Did you or did you not at any point in time question how they were going to cast smokescreen all the time without glitch abusing? And if you did not have this come to mind, can you please explain why? Based on that you've participated in the chat at various moments in time, I doubt the excuse of you having a second client open will be seen as a valid reason.
Thanks for finally answering my question, I'll take what you've told us into consideration and look further into the situation. We'll let you know if we are to find you innocent or not.
Okay, I reread everything again and I think I got what you mean, Dimitri, I wasn't afk when they were "discussing" about this glitch before we entered hence I'm implicated in this ban. So actually what coloryou said was linked to what HeavyBanditx said that's why you raised this up, because, I thought HeavyBanditx meant he had to "go for a smoke again", because I was a smoker myself, zomg, LOL. I didn't think he meant he had "smokescreen" again, LOL. I'm sorry I misunderstood you time and time again I was never the brightest bulb in the room...I'm kinda 87...you know...
Upon further discussion and investigation we have decided to unban you because you technically did not benefit from the glitch they were attempting to perform by not having been partied with them.
