    Like what? Some users lost hours of exp that was rolled back from training, and drops that they had found. A 2x exp/drop event sounds like an appropriate solution.

    EST doesn't exist until the first sunday in November.

    Places that use Eastern Standard Time (EST) when observing standard time (autumn/winter) are 5 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC−05:00).Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), when observing daylight saving time DST (spring/summer) is 4 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC−04:00).

    I haven't seen anyone looking for a compensation due to the server issues lately.

    So if the Staff members decide on their own to give a 2x exp/drop event during 6h in Saturday and Sunday, the least we could do is say thanks, I guess.

    The thread responses are so bullshit so far, like honestly you guys realize this is good news right? Sorry it can't please every single individual, but I think the staff's made it clear why your suggestions, while great, aren't workable within the short timeframe of having the anniversary event still happening.

    Hey yiks,
    Just wanted to state that I made a suggestion for the best interest of everyone (coupons which we could use at our own disposal). Yes it's true it's a good thing but will it be a good outcome? Will the end result be everyone pleased. From my point of view it won't. With the amount of maps there already are we get so many reports of KSing and people being harassed over a map. On the 2x exp I suspect it'll only be worse. Not to mention how laggy it will most likely be with everyone online. Honestly I wasn't trying to ruin a good thing I was just trying to think of a solution for issues they might not have considered when making their decision on it. Also on the notice. 1 day seems rather rushed and doesn't give many people who may have made other obligations to come up with a solution. So honestly when I came up with the coupon idea I wasn't trying to put some "bull shit" response. I was just trying to save them the hassle of dealing with the constant smegas about KSing/reports on forums. But they made their decision. My apologies for just making a suggestion. I am constantly happy to be apart of this community and I'm thankful for all the work done by the gm's if they think this is what's best then I'll support them and just look forward to seeing the outcome.

    The decision was made because it's unfeasible to implement without a ton of work that would be a waste of time. It boils down to the fact it has to do with timers, and pretty much everything to do with timers is buggy and causes major problems thanks to the source code. I liked the idea, but it isnt possible right now.

    7pm-10pm Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday.
    6am-9am Saturday and Sunday.

    For non-Arizonans, these times should be the same for PDT.
