    There's usually a system that tests whether ur a robot or not, but now I don't see it

    for account creation you would also have to complete the captcha so that doesnt solve your problem

    it might be because china doesn't agree with google (we have a google captcha)
    We cannot unban your computer/account first because your password is still the same as when the hacker got on your account. You will have to change your password first before we can unban you so no further harm can be done
