Adding a notice to the Shoutbox notices

    Many players seem to get their accounts stuck logged in everyday and not all players know what to do about it. I think there should be a hyper link or something to this thread above the shout box.

    Although there is this message "Please do not ask for a GM in the shout box. Please use the support forum for any issues." I find it pretty hard to figure out where you are suppose to post this type of information at this screen....

    Considering people may think they need technical help, think its a bug, think their account is being hacked, or go under character issues, not see the thread specifically meant for this issue and post it in character issues. Like this

    Another idea may be to bring back the accounts fixes tab that was abused and maybe link them to the thread instead?

    Just some ideas to potentially cut down on the time that is wasted on players posting in wrong sections and staff telling them the correct place.

    Something can probably be changed to make it easier, just to mention it there is the search bar where I just type "Stuck" and the sticky thread is the first hit, I don't think spending a few minutes to look over the support
    forum is that much asking.

    the problem is that its not obvious for everyone where to look and the search function isnt the most helpfull all the time.

    There are 4 options in the support forum that would make sense to click on, and it already says post in the support forum, so if you click on each of those links and take a few seconds of your time it's quite clear.
    The amount of threads where people claim they are being hacked cause being stuck logged in is a non existing problem.

    I don't think that's a lot to ask for and there is a very low amount of people who post in the wrong section, and it wouldn't surprise me if those also just click on a link and post there and don't bother reading the 3 other options available when they are stuck logged in.

    Why not have a short description for each sub-forum? I'll post an example but I'm sure someone else can hit the nail better in terms of generalizations. I do agree that some of the sub-forms are straight forward but it might help a newer player get around the support forums better.
    i.e:
    Character Issues
    Post here for character disconnections during runs, refunds, etc

    edit: not sure if it's possible but a suggestion nonetheless [:confused:]
