Accpount does not exist

I made a new account on the website and the forum.
Try to loggin get the message : Account does not exist.
Try to remake account on website, email already linked.
What can i do?

Do you have something called ASPLnchr.exe in your folder?

 

hello yes i can go in controll pannel and as you can see i can also post oin forums.
Yes there is a folder called asplnchr ( i downloaded the required files supossedly all of em)

If you have the file in your folder that Andreas has mentioned, you have downloaded the beta and not the live server's setup.

 

okay so where is the download ? i got it from the main site

 

Uninstall your current royals and remove the folder. Then install it again with the installer found here: https://royals.ms/?page=download
