I told myself not to cry but...

I knew my gaming IP changed suddenly around 4/25~4/27,2016.ye I used to lived with @TzChMe and some other friends as roommates,so we share the same IP originally.We were allthe students of Affiliated Senior High school of NTUN(台南大學附屬中學),well some seniors graduated early from our school so they moved out the dorm like months or a year ago.As to me,I’m about to begin my freshman life in Kaohsiung(高雄市) recently so I also left the dorm and rent a new house over here.Therefore,my IP changed cuz I use my laptop to play it instead of my old computer.

As to the forum,we all have different account so that we can sell/buy items more easily.but one time my friend use my IGN to join the forum event and he won a chair for me(I got the prize myself),hope it won’t be considered a sharing.



Well,it’s my 1st ban appeal and I have to say,its really a awesome server,I like it so much and since I got a part-time job as a cleaner in a Chinese restaurant on May,I have some pocket money and donate much of them to support the server.But I can’t believe I got banned on Dragon Boat Festival and feel nothing but sad.I just wanna enjoy it anyway.The summer vacation’s coming,I can’t wait to play mapleroyals again.

I just sent a carton of Zhongzhi to my old friend @TzChMe yesterday,but the news I got was not how delicious they are , instead , both of us and some old roommates got banned……

can you just unban us,Dimitri? Its not an account sharing.

 

Can you explain why there have been moments where both your account and TzChMe's account have been online at the same time while using the same computer and internet?

 

since we only have 2 computers in our dorm,sometimes I have to use sandboxie on same computer with him,like when I went to bathe and he can play,when he did homeworks and I can play.But we never share our accounts,I didn't know his P/W and ID,neither did him.

 

Even if you did that, it would mean you have left your account logged in while your friend is playing on that same computer. How would you know if he isn't playing on yours?

That aside, the reason I find it hard to believe that you two have not account shared is because of log ins like this: On 21-03-2016 17:42:36 your friend's account logged in, at 17:43:15 your account also logs in from the same computer. Thus there has only been a 39 seconds difference between your friend's log in and your log in and both happened on the same computer. Are you telling me: he logged in - > logged off - > left the pc -> you logged in instead, and all of this within 39 seconds of each other?

 

ye sometimes I left my character open when he's playing his own account

I believe he won't try to do anything on my account.

1.Best bros
2.Keep dorm clean
3.Share anything except gf and game accounts

Sharing accounts is the last thing we will do.

I still remember at that time we're drinking some beer and icefire,he's so drunk and gonna play RMS,but I want to play it too,so after he logged in,I asked him to log off and I grabbed the mouse to logged in my character to keep him from logging in his one again.
Although that sounds hilarious but its just an impressive memory,and we're still good bros now

 

That sounds like you've had a lot of fun! However, I'm not sure if I am to believe this story as the same behaviour has shown multiple times within that same month.

Isn't it just hilariously coincidential how you two always seem to log in at the exact same time from the exact same computer!
I mean, these are just 5 examples.. The list goes on and on and on. With that said, I am still not even slightly convinced that you two have not been account sharing.

 

Sometimes we'll play the computer together,I mean,he stand behind my chair and watching me playing,whether I've logged out or not,when I felt bored he'll log in instead
Well,sometimes you just afk in fm for 5 sec and found it's rly boring,its not hard to believe that our login-logout will take within 1min

Well, the story you have shared with me has notyet made any sense and even if it was true it would still lead to an account sharing ban.
Based on the evidence I have collected, there are 3 possibilities of what could've happened and all 3 cases would've lead to a ban:

• If your story were to be true, it would still mean that both your character and his character were logged on at the same time from the same computer, and since we can not see the difference between you and him if you both always play from the same computer at the same time.. It would be seen as account sharing.
• A second theory is that both the characters originally belonged to 1 player, which makes sense since the 2 characters that have been logged in at the same time are a bishop and a hero. That player trained these characters to a certain lvl, by using sandboxie, and then sold the hero off or gave it away. This would also be seen as account sharing.
• A third theory would be that you 2 did in fact know each other's account details, and logged in at the same time so that the bishop could give HS to the Hero. And this of course also counts as account sharing.

Another thing to note is that your friend got banned not only for sharing accounts with you, but also for sharing accounts (or selling accounts) with a 3rd player.
Having that said, your story is very hard to believe and unless you have concrete evidence to prove me wrong, we will not reverse your ban.

 

Can this be a minor sharing one?

We may use the pc at the same time but we never share accounts

Donating money does not mean anything, give you any priority or special treatment.

Tim already provided you with an explanation. The amount of account sharing that occurred is not minor. Minor is something like signing on to do Zak JQ for the other person. Training another person's character would be an example of major account sharing.

ye it may mean nothing for you but to me,it means sometimes I can only eat 2 meals a day because I don't have enough money to buy more food.
Do you know I have to work on midnight to pay my tuition and rent?

The reason we don't believe you is because your story does not match the facts that have been presented to you, or do not make any logical sense. I understand that you want to be unbanned, but unless you prove us wrong it is not going to happen.

 

Why it doesn't make sense?
I need more details so I can present you more evidences
