Anyway I can check on why I was banned or find out how long? I get no ban notice or anything, I am currently in a motel with my fiance and she can't get on either if it's just the wifi i would understand. But trouble shooting showed being banned the only situation that would cause this.
Neither you or your fiance are banned, the reason you can't log in is because your MAC addresses are hidden. If you only have this problem at the hotel, it might have to do with the router's settings there. If the problem persists on other locations as well, it means your computer or laptop is likely hiding it's MAC address.
