It doesn't matter if he is a liar or not as long as he wasn't negatively impacting other people's gameplay. If he wants to lie about how cool he is or however many friends he has, he can do that without you harassing him and calling him a liar over and over. It has always been harassment to attempt to buy defames for someone. I don't see any ss where he says "I want defames" so it is banworthy. You didn't do anything right here and you most certainly are NOT the victim. This thread has been addressed by multiple GMs now and we have already decided that you will not be unbanned and as such, the thread will be locked. TLDR : You're being banned because you aren't a legal player. Edit: Since I'm sure you don't want to associate yourself with people who are our of their minds, you can have a break from the forums too.
