error code and d/c

When ever I go to see the perion 1st job guy, I d/c upon trying to enter the are. I get an error screen stating:

error code: -2147467261 (unknown error 0x80004003)

I believe I have updated all my files to those from the recent patch, and I can log back in where I pop up inthe area with the job person. It's just getting kind of annoying. I play on a mac if that makes a difference.
