A majority of NX items can be traded. If you've recently equipped them or if you still have them equipped, you'll have to unequip the item and change channels before you can trade or drop the item.
This will probably won't be a problem considering you didn't donate but if you donate you can't trade / drop the Donor NX items or even transfer them between your own accounts. So if we're already on this topic, I think it's worth mentioning.
