Post workout, Lower back/Biceps day Filled red paprika, big tomato, half aubergine and 300g fat free meat.
It's 1AM, I just got home from the gym... cba to make a proper dinner but I still need to eat right...
It looks like a tuna in oil with cucumber and tomato, and some kind of wooden wasa bread with even more cucumber
It's tuna in Greek olive oil with cucumber and cherry tomatoes and a little vinegar+lemon, and on the side it is 2 pieces of Wasa bread with pumpkin seeds on top and a avocado split in 2 (I was too tired to make a real tuna salad :])
Today I had more time to work with my food The white stuff is Turkish yogurt with vinegar/garlic/oil/salt.
Maaan, where the hell are kjottboller? Im really disappointed btw. put some ruccola and feta cheese into your salat, chopped persley would give a really great taste to that sauce too, if its not spicy enough try out chili peperonicini.
"half turkish over here" That looks incredible. When i'm in turkey I put that yoghurt all over all my food, and I even drink it as restaurants, like a fast food drink.
Ruccola is great yes, and chopped persley is great to the sauce, I just didn't have it @home Why I didn't use feta is because I had enough fats for the day. Also köttbullar after the gym??? Maybe in a parallel universe I will have them for breakfast someday though and put it up here just for you m8 100% Greek here, I do this exact thing lol I looove tzatziki but I could pour the Turkish yogurt in me all day. This looks really good btw and healthy!
