Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.

Additional Information:I don't client close after selecting a character when i use my coomie's computer.But i client close after selecting a character when i use my computer.It says you have been disconnected from the login server and try again.It is so strange.My computer system is win8. I hope you can solve my problem.Thanks a lot

 

I used the lolwut.But the problem still exist.
