Closed Ban appel: MAC block?

    Last thing you did: quit the game almost 1 year ago
    Why do you think you got banned?: not sure
    Ban message when attempting to log in: no message. when i select my character and try entering the game FROM MY LAPTOP I get disconneted. not sure if its banned on the MAC adress or if its a bug. i can play normaly on my pc.

    make sure you dont have a loopback adapter active on your laptop / make sure your wz files are up to date, either way the mac you provided is not banned
