Both of my brothers account have apparently also been banned for mantapods "violation of the rules", i am willing to provide proof of me and my brothers ownership of the accounts in the form of passports or other birth-of-date confirming papers (within reason), and also to photograf my brothers and their computers to prove that we live together and play seperately on these accounts. Although the account "Fenzay" belonging to one of my brothers is hardly used as he doesn't quite enjoy the game all too much unfortunately.
Your character Mantapod was likely caught up in a string of account hackings due to poor account security where third party sites got ahold of the information. Have your brothers change their account information and you change your own. Whatever you all lost will not be refunded. Once you have all changed your passwords, we'll be able to separate you and your brother's accounts from the hacker's. Please have your siblings post on the forums under this thread for convenience with their IGNs too.
