Closed Perm banned for no reason?

Helllo gm
i got perm banned a couple months ago for account sharing.
but it was my first time making the stupid mistake so i should be banned for a couple months instead of permanent right?
can i please contact a gm about this would really like to explain what happend at the time...

If it is a major violation, there is no first offense, it is a straight away permanent ban.

 

so if i logg in only once its already a major abuse?

 

i have only logged in one time so i dont know what you guys mean whats the major abuse about it?

 

is there any other way to start over because i did only log in once on that account i dont really care about this account but i just want to play like start over with a couple friends

 

You already tried to appeal this ban in March and it was upheld.
