To explain my issue, let's assume I JUST turned on my computer. I can open Mapleroyals just fine. When I get to the login screen, all of my keys work just fine When I get onto my character, everything is working perfectly. I go to do ppq I do 5 rounds of ppq Out of nowhere, my a, s, and f keys aren't working at all. Not only do none of them show anything in chat, but they also don't use whatever skill I put onto those keys. Those same keys work perfectly everywhere else, INCLUDING the login screen. If I restart mapleroyals, it doesn't solve the issue. If I restart my whole computer, it solves the issue for what appears to be 5 ppq's. I'll have to check if it's a time limit. I'm not sure WHAT is causing the issue, but it's making gameplay extremely difficult especially with my inability to communicate with anyone. It can't be something to do with my keyboard, because it works perfectly fine anywhere else. It can't be something to do with mapleroyals in general, because I can still type those letters at the login screen. For some unknown reason, the issue only comes up once I'm in game. Any ideas?
That would definitely not be a server sided problem, could be a client bug which we can't fix and you would be able to solve it on your side. Does the keys stop working when you try and type in chat as well? What skills have you put on those keys and are those in a macro?
Yes, the keys don't work in chat, nor when any skills are put on those keys. Regardless if they're bless, heal, invincible, or anything. Macroed or unmacroed. I've since moved all of my skills to other keys in order to be able to use them.
That's quite the odd problem, since this is not a widespread bug it would very likely be solved by uninstalling the game and then redownload the entire setup and install. You might need to disable your antivirus/firewall as it isn't uncommon for them to mess with the installation/download.
