    So what can I do for now to get unbanned? Now my brother' account still worked fine while playing via same internet connection as mine (and I swear I never use any 3rd party tools when playing lol)

    you have a dynamic IP so it changes a lot. Unfortunately someone with the same internet provider also cycles through the same dynamic IPs and you landed on one was banned before. You should be able to play now again
