    they played from the same IP and MAC address as you and they were banned for hacking.

    that's not the MAC and IP address that's relevant to this ban.

    on the 9th of july the same computer/ internet was used for your account as well as for this hacker's account

    On 7/9 I played to lv.81 partyed with someone I just met that day, then went sleeping.
    I woke up and found that my account was banned, and I tried to log in with both my computer and my friend's

    I thought you were asking for the time I last played with another's computer.

    My friend and I use seperate computers and internet, so I was not awared if my friend had been using illegal programs or not, and his ID was not the one which you asked me.
    On 7/9 my computer and cellphone (which shared the same network) only downloaded Pokemon GO, and I am not sure if this is related to the reason you banned my account.

    every network card in a computer has a MAC address. Your was last logged in on the same MAC address as that hacker. This has nothing to do with your downloads of Pokemon GO

    I'll try to log in with my own computer now, if the IP is still same with the hacker, then I would not have any idea why I have been banned. I have never used illegal programs on mapleroyals.

    Then is there any possibility that my computer was hacked? This is also why I mentioned pokemon go previously. It hasn't launched inTaiwan yet so I had to find other ways to play the game, perhaps this was why you detected that my IP has suspicious behaviors? I would not donate to the game if I will abuse it, so you can be sure that I never had, and will never have the intention of hacking.

    May i ask that what was banned: my ID or my computer?
