I'm currently visiting my friend's apartment (who is also on Mapleroyals) and we're trying to play together on separate PCs. I'm on his laptop and he's on his desktop. I logged on fine, however he keeps getting an error code when he attempts to launch the client. The WiFi at the apartment is complex wide, but each PC generates its own IP address. Is there just an issue with double clienting or something else?

There are no limitations like that, just an error for some reason.
A few things you can try are:
    • Change the compatibility on the client
    • Disable any antivirus/firewall
    • Uninstall the game and then redownload the setup and install again

Thanks! We'll try some stuff out, it's just a bit weird because it worked fine when it was hooked up in his room and it suddenly didn't want to work when he moved it to the living room. The only difference that happened between the moving was me logging on.
