Closed Banned for not play..?

First of all, I don't think I need to follow the ban appeal format since this technically isn't one.

I haven't touched the game in quite a while, maybe a month+ or so? and when I try to log in, I get this : http://i.imgur.com/A01qG7p.png

Can you guys do some research and tell me why this is so, and why I got banned for not playing?

Also, who is Lionx? I don't recall making a character called Lionx. No one else in my family play Royals.

Have you recently moved or changed Internet? Different computers? I'm not home and able to look into it but hopefully soon someone else can.

 

I don't think I can follow the ban appeal because the character banned is not even one that I have created. No I have not recently moved or change internet, neither have I used a different computer to login to Royals.

 

Is there nothing that can be done lol.

Last thing you did: Try to login after not playing for couple months?
Why do you think you got banned?: No clue.
Ban message when attempting to log in: Creampuffs permanently banned Lionx : Ban Evade.
