    probably because you use the same public VPN like many other chinese players which is not very smart to do because if one person starts breaking the rules, everyone will be affected by their punishment.

    Can you let me know what message you were trying to convey with this though?

    You have been able to play again already, dont use public VPN services though since anyone can ruin your game experience for you by connecting to the same public ip that way. If you get banned multiple times because of the same vpn you might not get unbanned.
