By double washing, I can get tons of extra washes to get redicoulos amounts of unneeded HP.

So what if instead of adding the deducted MP to HP, I'd go and add it to Luk for thiefs? Or INT for mages?
It could give you extremely high stats, where people would pay billions of mesos for that extra watk, you could get like 200more BASE luk than you should've had at the same level

It doesn't work for any other stat other than HP, I think

You can only do this with HP/MP, so the idea of "LUK" washing or any washing of AP stats, though cool, isn't possible.

That's reasonable.. As if there's a max star per level.

You can't create stats out of nothing, you can only take out the amount you put in. So if you put 200 ap into mp for washing purposes, you will only be able to take out 200 and put into luk (or whatever base stat you are going for).

    You actually can..?

If I put 200 points to mp, with 270 base int I can take out roughly 500 times out of mp. That is the whole point of double wash, isn't it?

    Add 1 point to mp, gain 39mp (12 you get anyway+ baseint/10).
Than take 1 point out of mp to remove 12mp and add a point to hp, and you're left with extra 27mp you gained because of base int bonus.

Now, if the ap scroll won't let me raise luk instead of hp because there's a limit of stat points per level than fine, but I do "creat" ap points (ap resetted points, it matters to the hp gains). Why wouldn't it work?

This does not work. In order to take 1 AP out of MP you need to have added 1 AP to HP or MP previously. You can't take points out if you haven't put any in. It's like having base 4 of str/dex/int/luk.

you are not creating more AP you are just creating more MP which is not the same. There are two reasons why HP washing works:
1.- HP and MP share the same pool of AP (meaning that as long as you put points in one of them you can remove the same amount from the other)
2.-Extra INT increases the MP you get when you lvl up or use an AP on MP but the amount of MP you lose when you take an AP from it is fixed (this is where the extra MP comes from)

When you HP wash you are not creating more APs, you are just reusing 1 point over and over again to transform your extra MP into HP by just moving it back and forth from MP to HP thanks to these mechanics.
As mentioned by people here above, if you want to take a point out from MP then having extra MP is not enough, you also need to have APs invested in your HP/MP pool first and you can only remove as many APs as you have invested.

Also afaik there is no limit of AP per stat other than the amount of AP you get from 1-200 (meaning you can put all the APs you ever get into one stat without any issue)
