Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: Zhaiph
Additional Information: I previously made this thread to try and resolve this issue but it got closed before I could post any feedback or ask for additional help. I followed all the steps and looked into my mac address being hidden and couldn't find anything. I waited and hoped maybe the issue would resolve itself but it still has not. Any more help would be appreciated.

Side note: When I tried the steps to delete the duplicate network adapters, there weren't any. In fact there weren't any Microsoft 6to4 Adapters or Microsoft ISATAP Adapters.

I'm afraid there isn't much more help we can offer than what already has been.
Your computer's MAC address appears to be hidden which is why you're unable to log in.
Since the issue at hand lies within your own computer's or router's settings, there isn't much we can do for you as you will have to solve the problem yourself.

Alright, that's fair. I'll see if I can find out more about this. Thanks for the response!

I've found something that may be of interest. When looking into this I found that my network adapters page is filled with tons of network adapters. Like over 100 of them. I believe this is a feature of Gigabyte motherboards? That's what my super brief research showed me. Could these be the duplicate adapters mentioned in the previous thread? Because they aren't named the same, they have distinct numbers (Ethernet 10, Ethernet 100, Ethernet 101, etc.) and seem to be there on purpose, on top of that I can't delete any of them. Also, all of them are disconnected except for one (88). If it helps I can send a screenshot of the adapters.

    Thanks!
