Was another lazy day for me, decided to go visit the islanders. Nice to see my old friend DannysIsland is playing again. Welcome back @Danny !
Woke up this morning and decided to do the Zakum quests, I then did some more LMPQ and reached level 64 and decided to buy a maple shine wand. I managed to scroll it to something like 92 magic attack, so I'm really happy with that. Then I decided I might as well buy a Zakum helm and go to Zakum for my first time ever, so when I saw someone selling one for 50 million I jumped on it straight away. Asked people in my guild and some friends what I needed and what I should expect since it was my first time and read some really helpful posts on here, so I felt suitably prepared. Got there with 3 other buyers and eventually I was the only one who didn't disconnect, but then unfortunately a lag spike hit me and I died when Zakum was about 60% done. They then revived me (didn't even know this was possible), but I failed to magic guard on time and died again (I blame lag ), and they revived me again! Then the moment had arrived that I got to pick up my Zakum helmet... and it was something like 13/14/14/13. So I relooted, and the 2nd one was like 14/14/13/13 so I relooted again... same thing as the first 2! Finally they let me get the last one for free and it ended up being a 14/17/15/13 helmet, pretty happy with that! In the end it cost me 50 + 20 + 10 = 80 million (this is without the cost of the golden teeth), so more than I expected it to be, but I'm still really happy. Shout out to AwaaraKing, ChewChew, RoseCADET and Primase for making my first Zakum run a successful one!
Just curious but, what are the green numbers in the top left hand side of your screen? I've seen a few people have them as well in the past but never knew what they were. :3
It looks like an FPS counter, possibly from Fraps? As for myself, I'm slowly rejoining after 7 months of absence to make my dream character, a shadower. Currently lv 38, slowly getting there! Pretty happy with the boots I scrolled today (too poor to afford decent facestompers):
Yea, it's a FPS counter as SpiritKinay stated. I have Bandicam running in the background so it lets me see easily when I'm recording game footage or not.
Hit 180 on my hero and 155 on my BM today! Also managed to get my baby NL to 77, so overall a pretty productive day ^^
Been lazy the past few days but finally got some levels on here!! Spoiler: IMPNOK Also duoed zak in under 45 minutes on my NL with @lichtweltt so that was pretty cool! Wasn't sure how it was going to go but I think thats going to be a thing from now on!!! (Gratz again on your pro zhelm Akira :3 )
Fought off HT, looted some garbage HTPs again, and duoed zak tonight. Ended up getting 176 on my NL from doing so (about +50% tonight)!!! 24 levels more going to be a while ;-; wasn't very productive other then that...
Yesterday I bought my first 30 gachapon tickets and used them at the Mushroom Shrine. Got some pretty good scrolls (didn't count how much they are worth together) and a PGC, so I'm relatively happy with my first experience using a gachapon! Then for training I went to Forest of Dead Trees III and levelled from 64 to 69, then did the last level at LMPQ because I couldn't take it anymore I then started the process of my third job advancement and it took way longer than it should have... Basically I didn't use any teleport rocks, had to defeat the clone twice without holy water because I forgot to pick up what he dropped the first time (when I finished the second time Faust had spawned in that map, so I guess it wasn't too bad ). I then walked all the way to El Nath, but forgot to talk to Grendel, so I had to walk all the way back to talk to him Then eventually when I got to the Holy Stone I had forgotten to take a dark crystal, but thankfully someone in my guild had one for me... but then I answered wrong and my only dark crystal was destroyed (I blame ~rates being wrong!). I then went back to El Nath, made two more and then failed the 2nd attempt (only myself to blame here lol), but managed to not mess it up the 3rd time So after all that I'm now a priest (no idea what I'm doing next)!
Duoed Zak twice tonight with @lichtweltt!! Still have yet to see gen20... Second run took 15 minutes over the average time due to the amount of weapon cancels we had! Relooted helms on my Bishop, all garbage. All in all, pretty mediocre night.
Yesterday I went to GS2 and managed to somehow get a map and shared it with someone who also had a bishop that would HS us constantly levelled from 70 to 76 or something then decided to call it a day. Then today I met a Ranger who agreed to party with me on her GS2 map and I levelled from 76 to 78 with her there. One of my friends from my guild then gave me a free leech to 79 at Wolf Spiders which was very nice The aforementioned Ranger then joined me at WS and I added a few other kind people to my party and then I basically leeched all day with my not yet maxed HS, which was very enjoyable after spending so long at GS2 grinding. I managed to reach level 84 today, which I think is incredible after how slow the training was at GS2. I love being a priest One of my guildmates recommended I do the same HS leeching at Ulu when I hit 85, but I'm not sure yet what I'm going to do.
I had went to my first ever GPQ on MapleRoyals!! It was lots of fun and seeing dead guildmates always makes me giggle I gotta be honest though, I left there being just as confused as when I entered it. Still not a clue what I'm doing.
