I was training with him all morning and then we went separate ways. We got called away from our computers and then got distracted and didn't come back for a while. When we did we were both banned. You were both banned for account sharing and because you all play from the same house, you unfortunately are all banned and will be unable to play.
I'm just confused because we did not share accounts. I also went and reread the T&C and I cannot figure out which offense on the major abuse list would have been committed. I would like clarification as we have both been playing on our own computers and have mostly been playing together.

He was on his own computer and moved his character to the map. Then went downstairs and I continued to train him. He was really looking forward to being level 50 so that we could do Zakum runs together and I couldn't wait to see his face when he came back. People buy leech all the time and go AFK without being banned, I did not realize that this was an issue. He is a brand new Mapler and doesn't know what skills to raise so I've been looking it up and telling him what to raise. As for the gachapon, I never did this and I don't feel that it is fair to be banned for discussing something but not ever doing it. Furthermore, the T&C says that a 30 day ban is the first step. I feel that a permanent ban when I have not done anything on the list of permaban offenses was very unfair. My brother has developmental disabilities and I don't feel that it is fair for us to be barred from the game because he needs extra assistance. He's already facing social difficulties at school and I had hoped that we could have fun playing this game together. I loved playing GMS as a teenager and thought that Mapleroyals would be fun for us as it is the same fun old game, as opposed to how they have now ruined the real version.
Unfortunately it is not just leeching as you were on his account and chatting on it. Additionally you were training it, which is also what constitutes a major offense. Using a disability in this case really is no excuse, and extra assistance can always be provided by having him use his own account and you assist him by sitting with him and showing him what to do. Acting in someone's stead is not permissible and is why you have unfortunately now been permanently banned from the server.
