    I usually at home and work place to play These two places.
    In fact, like we are the Chinese players, playing the international clothing without VPN can't play at all. Using the VPN is equal to the crime?

    You can not play from a public VPN, you have been told this before. Unless you get a private VPN connection set up, you will not be unbanned.
    This should not come as a surprise to you as it has already been mentioned in your previous ban appeal.
