    I cannot log in from character selecting screen. Says Disconnected from the server.

    From past experience seeing other people's threads, either you have a MAC ban or your MAC address is hidden. You might want to disable any other network adapters that you've no use:

    Control Panel >> Network and Sharing Centre >> Change Adapter Settings >> Disable any other adapters other than your Ethernet/WiFi adapter you're using to access the internet.
