Client closes with disconnect message, upon selecting character

    According to the troubleshooting page, I should do the following

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: Geethearcher / Geethebishop
    Additional Information: When I try to select a character, the client closes and provides a message "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again"
