This includes the act of logging into or using an account owned by another person, with or without permission. Please note that if you use the same login details on another server and share your account information there, you are jeopardizing your account security here and will be expected to take responsibility for any consequences. Punishment: 1st Offence - 30 day ban; 2nd Offence - permanent ban. In instances where major abuse has taken place, the ban will be permanent, even if it is your first offence.

Both the rules you have broken lead to a permanent ban which means you as a person are no longer allowed to play on this server.
