    Last thing you did: I was in the free market, opened a store and then I log off. I found that I am banned today.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I am not sure. It may because I went to a cofeteria, connected their wifi to play this game?

    Closed Ban Appeal here you said you would use a private VPN to get a private IP address but it looks like you didn't do that so now you will remain banned.

    I did not use VPN this time….I just went to an cafeteria and connected their wifi to play this game. I did not know that even playing at a cafeteria would be banned….
