Hello, I am writing for my sister because she is unable to log into her account on mapleroyals forums to post about an issue she is having. Issue #1 Cannot log into her account on the website to post threads. says requested user could not be found. her user name is duongttt Issue #2 We live in the same household and we would like to be able to vote separately and both receive 8k nx. We have an issue with that because it seems as if our accounts are only allowed to vote once a day on only one account. We use different computers as well. If an admin could help us get approved for whitelist that would be great. She tried applying for whitelist but she could not log into her account. Thanks for all of the help!!
You can't vote more than once per day because the voting rules says you are not allowed to vote for more than that. If you want to be accepted to the voting whitelist then you have to apply for it. https://royals.ms/forum/forums/voting-whitelist-applications.84/ It takes some time before a forum account becomes accepted, she should have received an email, there is no current forum user with that name.

Only an admin can accept new forum accounts. Has she checked her email? When did she try making the account?
She made it last year but never tried logging into the website. Just to the game application. Now that we are staying in the same house we wanted to apply but she cannot log into the website. Her email has not received anything
You don't need a forum account to create an in game account, are you sure she really made a forum account? Are you running into any problem if she tries and create a new forum account?
