    Why do you think you got banned?:I have no idea,but i am not sure.Beacuse in the last time i played the game in the Internet bar.When I got home,I found the Character is ban,but my other Character all no be ban,so i do not know why.

    you should be able to play now, but the IP address from the internet cafe remains banned
