    Sometimes players encounter issues in game that require the staff's help.
    This guide is in place to help you know who to contact for what issues, where to do it and what to say.​

    I disconnected in the middle of a boss run, can I get back in?
    This is our rewarp policy. If your disconnection warrants a rewarp you should contact a GM and asked to be warped back. Please remember to only send request per party. If you disconnected as a part of a mass dc, please allow the GMs some time to rewarp before creating a forum thread. If no GM is around to help after half an hour please create a thread under character issues for you to be refunded a run in the future.

    I lost some items / mesos, can I get those back?
    It can certainly be looked into! You should create a new thread here on the forums under character issues. Your missing items will be looked at by an Admin and if approved you will be met by a GM in game to receive your refund. No items will be refunded without a forums thread tagged 'Confirmed and Awaiting GM action'.

    I got wrongfully banned, can I be unbanned?
    You can appeal your ban in the ban appeal section of the forums. You should only appeal in that section, not by privately messaging a staff member (unless you are including particularly sensitive information) and certainly not by ban evading and looking for a GM in-game.

    I am being harassed in game, can something be done?
    You can report any harassment, and you are encouraged to take screenshots in case a GM is not around to respond immediately, so that the case can be verified. You can report a player here on the forums under the report abuse section.

    I spotted a player breaking the rules in game, can I report them?
    If you see someone hacking / botting / glitch abusing you can report them filing a report on the forum. You are also encouraged to take screenshots to help your case, which you should include in your thread in the report abuse section of the forums.

    I donated but didn't get my RP / didn't get the donator forums status, what do I do?
    If you are having any issues with you donations / RP, you should post a thread explaining the issue under the Donations & Donator NPC section of the forums.

    I found a bug / glitch in the game, can I report it?

    You can report any bugs or glitches you find in the Report Bug section of the forums. Please do make sure the bug / glitch has not already been reported before creating a new thread.

    I am unable to log into the game, what can I do?
    If you are repeatedly receiving an error saying you are already logged into the game when you are not you should request to have your character unstuck by replying to this thread.
    If there's another reason you are unable to play check out this troubleshooting thread.
    If you are still unable to log into the game for any other reason, you should create a thread under character issues explaining what the issue you're facing is with as much detail as possible.

    I forgot my password/username/PIN, what do I do?
    You need to reset your credentials via the Control Panel found on the main website. If that doesn't work, please refer to this link -

    常見問題

    我在打 Boss 的過程中斷線了,我能回去繼續打嗎?
    • 這是我們的回傳原則。如果你的斷線符合回傳原則,請聯絡 GM 申請回傳。如果你遇到的是大量玩家的集體斷線,在論壇發文前,請給 GM 一點時間應變。如果等待超過 30 分鐘,且沒有 GM 出現的話,請到論壇的 Character Issues 板發文,提供含有伺服器時間(~servertime)的截圖,以便日後的回傳或退還作業。
    我遺失了一些物品或楓幣,我能夠拿回來嗎?
    • 你可以在論壇的 Character Issues 板按照格式發文,我們會調閱相關的紀錄。遊戲管理員(Admin)會調查你遺失的物品,如果查證後屬實,你將會被管理員要求在遊戲中聯絡 GM,來取回你的物品。請注意,你的 Character Issues 發文在被標記成「已確認且等待 GM 處理 [​IMG] 」之前,將不會得到任何的退還,所以在聯絡 GM 之前請先確認。
    我被誤鎖了,我能被解鎖嗎?

    我在遊戲中發現漏洞或 Bug,我能舉報嗎?

    如何聯絡

    我要如何使用 ~gm 指令?
    • ~gm 指令,是你可以在遊戲裡面聯絡 GM 的系統。它可以被使用在要求已被確認的退還、回傳,或你有其他問題想問遊戲管理人員的時候。請特別注意,濫用 ~gm 功能是不允許的,並可能會受到懲罰。
      你可以簡單地輸入「~gm」指令,來發送訊息給 GM。

      你可以在「~gm」指令後面空一格後,輸入你要傳送的訊息,像是:
      「~gm I have a confirmed refund of 13m. Forums name: Aly(~gm 我有一個已確認的 13m 要退還。論壇名稱:Aly)」

      或者,如果你的訊息超過了字數限制,你可以輸入「~gm」指令後按下 Enter,會出現一個視窗讓你可以輸入更多的字數。

      請注意,你只可以每 10 分鐘傳送一次 ~gm 訊息,且第二次傳送的訊息,會直接把第一次的訊息覆蓋掉,意思是新的訊息會取代舊的。
    我要在 ~gm 訊息中輸入哪些內容?

    • 當你要發送訊息給 GM 時,必須要包含相關的資訊或細節,單純說要「求助(Help)」是不夠的。當你的組隊需要回傳時,請說明是哪種 Boss 以及哪個頻道,例如:
      「~gm Entire HT party needs a rewarp in ch5 10 minutes ago. Party members: Alyo, Timk, Matt, John(~gm 整個 HT 組隊在 10 分鐘前第五頻道需要回傳。組隊成員:Alyo, Timk, Matt, John)」

      請記得,每個組隊只要發送出一個 ~gm 訊息就好。

      如果你有物品需要退還,請說明你需要被退還什麼,和你的論壇名稱,例如:
      「~gm I have a confirmed refund for a 103 att stonetooth and 3 white scrolls. Forums name: Aly(~gm 我有一個已被確認的退還物品,一個 103 物理攻擊的 stonetooth 和 3 個白卷。論壇名稱:Aly)」

      請不要傳送含糊的訊息,像是「help(求助)」、「Is there a GM around(有 GM 在嗎)」或「warp pls(回傳,拜託)」。你遇到的任何問題,在訊息中都盡量要包含足夠的細節。
