If anyone is selling a perfect nisrock (140att) or 141~145att dragon shiner, please let me know! I'll pay well

Also it doesn't have to be a finished one. This means if it has the potential to be 140+ att, I am willing to buy it!

For example, 120att nisrock with 4 slots left or perhaps a 127 shiner bow with 3 slots left.
