    Why do you think you got banned?: maybe Vpn? actually i don't know

    Because of Chinese national firewall, I must use VPN to log in mapleroyals.
    Maybe someone else who used this 8lag VPN (http://www.8lag.cn/) used cheating programm.
    and maybe in this vpn the players share the same IP.
    but when buying VPN i notice that this VPN claim that IP is independent and individual line.so i chosed the most expensive one^_^'
    I am totaly in a mess why i am banned..
    I feel so confused that last night i was shopping in the free market and then go to sleep but now in the morning i am banned..:'(

    this VPN costs me 45 yuan ( 6 euro) NO IDEA why still be banned..

    can you provide a screenshot of the statement of your VPN provider where they say the IP is supposed to be exclusively for you?

    but anyway i sware i will not use VPN anymore
    i dont want to take the risk of being banned. Relog and relog is better than being banned:'(

    I needed a translation of your screenshot first, contrary to popular belief I can't actually read chinese.

    Your provider does not say that the available IP lines are exclusively used by you. They offer the same (public) service to other customers so this is not a private VPN unfortunately

    well.. maybe i misunderstand the meaning of the private VPN since you say that this VPN is available also to the others

    I admit the vpn i thought was private VPN is a public VPN

    I promise i will never use any kinds of VPN.

    without VPN i can only play this game at morning AND i will play this game at morning.

    this is a serious lesson for me.
