A while ago I decided to reloot a Zhelm and managed to get a 19/22/16/22, perfect in DEX and very decent in STR (I'm a Buccaneer). I then carefully scroll it, and don't risk any 30%s on it because it'll be great either way. Or at least I thought... Spoiler: ... I completely fail the scrolling and it ends up 1 Stat better than my previous helmet. However, it has perfect Avoidability and is a mere 4 points away from perfect Magic Def. Clearly, it's still godly tier.

Just because it has a percentage doesn't states the guarantees of succeeding. It's like roulette, there is 36 numbers in it which means you have 36 options to choose, but it doesn't mean if you bet on the wrong one, the number you choose is removed from the host. If you failed, it will start back to 0 until you are lucky to win but other than that, failing doesn't increases the chances of winning whatsoever. Although i feel bad that you failed 10 times with ws included, it reminds me of a ps i played and i din't get it until my 45th 10% scroll. Also my recent failed attempt was that i could've got an 12 int raccon mask by scrolling 2 30% but instead i used my chances by scrolling on an another equip...
