Pretty simple question: Do you tag your end-game items? Could be anything from a perfect weapon to a 19 att cape. I know some people who'll tag any gear they worked hard to make or means a lot to them, and others who wouldn't even put their name on super-rare 20+ bil item. Curious to hear your thoughts and position on this.
Personally I don't, but imo it's cool to see where some items originated from the tag. Now if it's some one of a kind item like the best shoe or something I would.
Tom-E explained into detail to why item tagging is so important, yet so many people voted no! I thought people wanted to actually deal damage to mobs and bosses in this game but it appears not.
This is the only item ive tagged so far. The reason i tagged it was because i wanted to put my identity on it. It makes the wand feel like my wand rather than just some random item i own. I've only done it on my I/Ls wand though because my ele wand 5 is just so bad its embarrasing
The main reason why I'm high up there on the damage range thread is because of the name tags on my items. I'm not sure why people don't follow @Tommy 's advice.
Tagging an item may increase your DPS, but it devalues the item significantly to some people. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing an item tagged by some plebeian. 36 attack Red Sock tagged by xXxSasuke420xXx .... npc in a heartbeat.
