crafting balanced fury

I was in phantom forest today and I saw a npc which has options for crafting different items. Here is my question, does balanced fury craft-able?

 

Balanced fury will be available in the new source iirc. Currently no ETA on that but hopefully it's soon!

 

What is the new sources?? Is that a new update? And what does iirc means

The 4th link is beta version, and is it still up to date? because i saw it was updated on 2015

 

The Open Beta started in 2015, that thread is not being updated, the information in it is accurate, besides the list of what you shouldn't report.
For the moment there is not much reason to play on it, in a few updates that will change.
