Also my other character Volfe was banend along with it. Please fix this.

I was on my way to windraiders to help train my marauder Volfe and for the holy immune thing I was using shining ray.

Edit: Just looked up the Cromson Guard thing and I attacked those earlier when I was trying to aggro some so I could make a path for myself with my Priest. I don't even remember landing a successful hit because of their level but what I do remember is that I died causing me to have to do the jump quest all over again.

 

Im sorry Im new to the preist class since I made it just for HS and in the future to sell leech but I'm pretty sure Shining Ray attacks everything. It worked on wolfspiders when I was there at lv 81 and those aren't undead. To make things clearer please just say what I'm being accused of because as far as I'm concerned it seemed like I was banned by accident. I just joined this game and I donated because this game is nostalgic and has a good community.

Heres a description of the skill I used. Attacks multiple enemies at once with the ray of holy light. Applies massive damage to the undead monsters. It attacks everything but does more damage to undead monsters that are weak to it. Ask any other priest or Bishop to use this skill in the game and it attacks all types of monsters.

Im sorry I didnt know that but can lag result in something like that happening because where I was playing at the time of my ban had bad internet connection and I would disconnect frequently. Also me hacking there would be ridiculous since I died after trying to get away from them to get to my bucc at winraiders. If I were to hack wouldn't I have opted for something that could help me kill them? All I was doing there was trying to aggro them to I could make a path to HS my character Volfe.

Edit: I've been browsing the other forums sometimes when I'm bored and I've scene that you guys can pull up pictures or stuff from when the incident occured. Can't you just do that because as you will see shortly after I aggrod them and tried to teleport away to the next portal they killed me with their touch damage and I couldn't heal myself fast enough.

 

The last server that I remember playing when it was up like a year or two ago was Extaliams when it was popular. Besides that server I haven't played any other servers in the last year or two.

Its the exact same skill he used on the same monster.

 

Wow. This whole thing is taking way longer than I expected. I have literally only played this server for like a month and donated money to it because I like it because of the nostalgia. I'm not quick to throwaway money and hack just a month into this game. Dude I explained everything that has happened and you don't believe me. I saw the other forums to see how ban appeals were suppose to work and its still not working out. I told you my reason for being there and it checks out and you still don't believe me? Some other player even came forward and messaged me to help me out. Please just tell me what hack am I being falsely accused of using?

 

If you are aware that there is a problem in that area why am I being punished for it? The area is still being worked on which what I've seen in the beta forum because you guys are planning to implement cwkpq. I haven't hacked in this game yet I'm still being punished for no reason. I hope you fix whatever issue there is in the game but to do that does that require me to continue being banned for no reason?

 

You're highly misunderstanding everythign that Tim is trying to explain and to get an answer from.
The problem is this, simply: You were autobanned for dealing 1097 damage with a holy skill on a holy immune monster. This has nothing to do with the CWKPQ area being worked on for the beta - the Crimson Guardians have been there since before those maps were introduced and nothing has changed about them.
The person you're referring back to was autobanned accidentally by using a skill (Doom) which removed the monster's holy immunity and thus confused the autoban system. But this is irrelevant to your ban, because you don't even have a skill point in Doom.

So the question is - how did you bypass the holy immunity and deal damage with a holy skill? That's what we're trying to figure out.

 

I told you guys everything that happened and you're disregarding it. Really? I'm sure you guys can see that my internet connection changes a lot because of something to do with something called an ip address so that's not a lie. (sorry computer illiterate but different WiFi's have different ip address right?) The place I was playing at was in Georgia at my grandmothers house while I was in vacation there. The WiFi there wasn't that reliable for a game like Overwatch because it d/c a lot but it worked for maple royals. I asked if lag contributed to that happening but I received no answer. Also what does me playing a different private server have to do with anything??? I reply to everything he's asked me yet he meets me back with responses that don't help me out with whats going on here. I don't know what caused the bypass and like I said before WHY would I waste my time there when I have a bucc to HS at winraiders????? Cant you also verify that I was running multi client because BOTH of my characters were logged in. If I were going to use something to bypass their immunity and kill them for exp it would be less efficient than just going to windraiders to meet up with my character Volfe so I could enjoy the full benefit of HS instead of spamming in the FM.

Here's my points because what I wrote up there was lenghty:

• You can verify that I had my other character Volfe on at the map windraiders which I was trying to get to on my priest so why would I stay and try to kill Crimson Guards instead of Wind raiders which are more efficient?
• 
  
• Prior to bringing my Priest to NLC I was HSing my maurader Volfe through the FM but the exp was as good because I noticed that the skill description said that the full benefit of HS comes from being in a party on the same map
• I've only played this game for about a month and donated so why would I hack?
• Hell ask any of my guildies in Varsity if I'm a hacker. Every run I've done for a Zak helm with them I've died so thats gotta prove something
• My characters are dirt poor because I'm new so I've never done any real money trading for items

I've basically done nothing and have a clean record. This whole misunderstanding is really getting tedious and annoying now. If I'm being accused of hacking tell what hack it is because I have no idea what hack bypasses holy immunity in your game or why I would bother using it on such high level mobs that would take forever for me to kill at lv 81. Also did I mention that my other character Volfe who was on on the same time as my Priest when this whole thing occured? He wouldn't even get leeched because the level difference between him and the Crimson Guards are too high.

Edit: Also is there even a stupid hack thats out there that allows holy immunity to be bypassed? Every point that I brought up is valid and has not been refuted by you guys because its the truth. As for the holy immunity bypass bug/glitch or issue idk what happened. That's not up for me to fix because I didn't make this game nor am I a coder for it. I'm giving 100% participation but again it seems like no one really cares besides me. Is this the type of game you want people to enjoy. One where they can be banned for no reason and would have to screen shot or record every second of the game to have evidence? I've seen other forums on here and the ones where u are sure that the person is hacking you guys shoot down every point they bring up and come up with proof to show that the person is in the wrong. What makes my situation different from those?

Edit #2: Also whats funny is that I could have lied and said that I used doom first and then shining ray like I read in a ban appeal that someone sent to me who was also banned but I didn't because that would be a lie. A Silas said before I don't have a point in doom. I've been 100% truthful with you guys yet still here I am.

 

You could also be more patient with us instead of getting angry, it isnt going to help your case any. There's a reason behind the questions we ask. The different private servers comment is because sometimes other servers files can get mixed up and cause weird things to happen.

We're trying to troubleshoot to see if this is a glitch or not, and if it is, how did it happen? What led up to it? We can't possibly record, track and log every single little thing that a player does in the game. It's just impossible.

Your IP address has nothing to do with this either.
Honestly, just be patient instead of getting angry. We're trying to work with you. If we suspected you were lying and hacking straight away your ban appeal would've been denied right away. Instead we're actually trying to see what we can do to figure out what's going on here.

 

Okay, thanks. Thanks for looking into the issue and I hope you guys can resolve it soon. Sorry for coming off above as mad it's just that I thought this ban appeal wouldn't have been so troublesome.

Edit: this just occurred to me about the whole holy immunity bypass situation. If I were using a hack that bypasses holy immunity wouldn't heal also have damaged mobs?
