If I got banned is because I used other's ac(ign:nccupf), the friend is in my house, asking me to help him with the zak jump quest, we are friends in real life. Is there any way to prove?

You did the Zakum jumpquest on another player's account which counts as account sharing.
Because of this you have been banned for 30 days and the Zakum jump quest progress has been reset.

GM, he was my friend in my house, he didn't bring his laptop, do I stand a chance to prove it?

What are you trying to prove? There is solid evidence of you having been on his account and having performed actions.
Whether you had his account details or not does not matter, as what matters is that you have been on an account not owned by yourself.
