I would like to add that for the reported thread, 1) my character is not captured in the screenshot (not sure if this is required), 2) which I think is important, after Hack3r saied "stop talking in my map", I did leave the map. And at a later point, when I said "it's ok to make some friends", I am already in another map and actually not talking to him.

Thank you in advance for checking this and hopfully my account can get disbanned.

 

After they told you to stop talking in their map, you may have left the map, but you did say more before you did so and that was why you were banned for harassment. Your ban will not be reversed.

Thanks for your reply. I did say something but I think that did not cause harassment to him at that time.. I am allowed to say something on the map, right? before the map owner asks me to stop talking. In my opinion, if you ask someone to stop talking in your map for several times and he is still talking, that makes it a harrassment. If he asks you to stop at the first time and you do stop, that's not one.

 

He asked you to stop talking to him. You then proceeded to tell him its ok to make friends, it's not good to be alone, and then you asked him about his damage when he had already told you he didn't want you talking to him.

However, as I stated in the original post, when I said "it's ok to make some friends", I am already in another map and actually not talking to him, that's why he didnot run the mapowner command to show the last interaction, as the interaction was not with me. Please kindly check that.

 

I find it hard to believe he went to another map and in the middle of you saying something to some other random person, he said to stop harassing him and was able to run back to his map.

Even if we disregard that, you asked him about why his damage was so low for his level, and he said reported, you replied come on.

Your ban is for 3 days and will not be overturned.

I feel kind of disappointed at what you said, though hard to believe, but it did happen and we have to admit that the evidence is not 100% effective.

So if I want to set someone up for reporting him, 1) I just talk with him in my map then I ask him to stop talking and leave the map, 2) after he leaves, I find him via /find command and go to him, 3)if he says something at this moment, I will take the screenshot and report him as harrassing me.

In my opinion, when reporting someone, evidence is very important, this is also mentioned in the Report Abuse section, several commands running or screenshots are neccessary and required to determine someone is indeed guilty.

You keep mentioning how you weren't in his map and that he framed you, but I can see you on the screenshot on his map so there goes your entire argument. With that said there is nothing left to be discussed here and it is done.
