cant log on website

when i try to log on the website not forums it says my password is incorrect when it isnt

 

That's not how it works.
If you use the correct game account details you can log into the control panel.

Then you should not expect to get your pin code reset.

 

You can find your date of birth after logging into the control panel.

 

when did u create pin codes i havent played in a year and i dont remember having a pin
