When I try to gift an item from the cash shop it says "You don't have enough Nexon Game Card Cash" but I have enough NX from voting to buy it. Also I can't trade cash items with others. any help?

Gifting does not work in this server. Most nx items are tradeable, but not all (e.g. pets). Sometimes it bugs temporarily. What you can do is cc and try to trade again. Good luck.
