Can't delete character

It asks for my birthdate but when I enter it it tells me it's the wrong pin. I know my own birthdate and I checked on my profile so that my birthdate there is right and it is. What's the problem

 

Have you logged into the game on that account? I'm not sure why it states your pin is wrong. I just tried testing it out and at no point during the character deletion did it ask me anything about my pin.

Did it say wrong pin or wrong birthday code? Make sure you are entering the birth date in the correct format of YYYYMMDD

 

I meant wrong birthday code and I used the same format it asked me for

you have to login your account on website then click 'account settings' to check your birth date.
