How do I get the Napoleon Mount (the horse)?

I don't see it in cash shop, but I've seen people ride it in game.

 

It should be available in the donor section of the cash shop.

 

ah I see. It says it's 25 NX. Does that mean 25 donar points?

 

That is correct, everything purchased from the donor section is paid with RP rather than NX.

 

Thank you SO much for answering so many of my questions. I really appreciate it. I have one last question regarding this. If I buy a mount with donar, is it just the cover and I still need to get the mount base? Or will it be a mount of it's own? Thanks!

 

Its just a cover, you still need a regular mount.
