Thanks for reply. I've checked with GM Christine (when she was still a GM) with this issue, and she said yes it is okay. Since all I did was do AP reset for HP washing for my girl friend. We have never shared our characters to grind or any sort of related activities. I also voted with my 3G for her and voted on wifi for Skadi, and it is not an issue with Dustin either.
Not in any way is it possible that a GM told you it's okay to share accounts. Our rules state this is not allowed, whether it is to get some items or to actually do some grinding: sharing account information is bannable. On a different note: You were banned prior to the last time you were logged in. I'd like for an explanation as to how you were able to accomplish this.
I've been 4 months on this server and I assume that you can assume that I know the rules, after seeing people getting banned for this offence. So before I did that I confirmed with GMs. Its similar to the server-wide disconnection scenario, where Dustin mentioned in his post that players are allowed to get warped and John says that players dont get compensation for cases like that.

I really do not think that a 'Skype chatlog' will help in this scenario. Skype is not an official way of contacting GM's. The Terms and conditions clearly state that users should not share account information.
I spoke to a few GMs recently and they told me that rules have changed now, when I bring up issue like inconsistency statements made by GMs. First I was banned for "abusing" Zak, because I entered Zak more than 2 times a day, which at that time, everybody was doing that also. Now I am banned for offence I made 2 months ago, with a clarification of an GM. It's still up to you to decide since you are the Owner of the server. I am writing because I feel that I am "wrongfully banned", and I think that is the reason for the Appeal Section right?

Can you explain your defence in the matter. We have heard some reasoning as to why you were logging onto another account. But why were you sharing your information and allowing that same account to log onto yours?
First, we are a BF-GF. If you could look into the database, you can tell that once I've done resetting the AP for HP washing for her, we switches back account. We did not attempt to do anything else other than that. Both chars were at FM when we switches accounts.
This month as in May? I couldnt recall exactly but I remembered logging in on the day where Server got rollback and there was an hour of 2x exp event. Kevin (Thirteen) got 40m exp from the Silver Deputy Star quest since quests also gives double exp during that period. I logged into account mantouks for 10 seconds to transfer 3 Soiled Rags for Skadi to complete the quest so that I could get the bonus exp. I even told Hacker TY that I got 80m exp just by 2 clicks ><". But I am not sure if that was May or late April. On late April I did log into mantouks in a Sunday morning to arrange the Inventory slots for her too. Edit: My GF did not log into Skadi for at least 3-4 weeks, since that was the last time I helped her to do AP reset.
So in your previous post you seemed to state that the last time you logged onto the account was 2 months ago. Now you are saying you have still been logging onto the account. Can you explain why Mantouks is incapable of HP washing the character and organising their inventory themselves? I have also seen the PM of the 'skype chatlog' that you sent. Could you not tell by the way that Christine was explaining to you that it would not be a very wise idea? The whole conversation seemed very suspicious.
The statement two months ago was referring to the first time I logged into her account. I can't give you a better answer for your second question than I think it's the least I can do as her BF. It's not only for her case, people still doesn't get the idea of HP washing because they might not played the official MapleStory as hardcore before joining Your server. You can have my Skype ID if you think that the chat log is intentionally created. It took me 1 minute to send the attachment to Kat and 3 minutes to Dustin. Edit: If you could look from database, you will see that I logged into mantouks only after she levels up.
I presume this is a different Kat you are talking about because you didn't send any attachment to me.
