My dad has been playing royals for a few months, and recently he got banned from botting. i would like to clarify that my dad does not know how to type english, even simple ones. i hope the GMs will be lenient and be considerate to a person who does not know english and unban his account and ip. Miss, may i know what rules did he break? so does it mean that if a person does not know english he break the rules?? please do no discriminate people who does not know english and be fair.
Secondly, i'd read the report from this guy called Cocozzi. it states that he tried to communicate with my dad, but when my dad does not understand any english, how is he suppose to reply?
Thirdly, i really think this is absurd, Miss Jeen just closed this thread and told me that my dad broke the rules and did not even bother to understand the situation and i feel that it's very irresponsible for her to do that. Hope other GMs sees this and understand the situation. Thanks
He was banned for botting like it was stated in his ban reason. You even typed out that he got banned for botting when you initially made the post. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse and it is every player's reponsibility to know them before playing as we do not give warnings. Your dad could have typed out anything to prove he was there. He didn't even move from that spot for over several minutes which shows robotic behavior, which carries the same punishment as botting since there is no way for us to tell if you are really there or not. Being rude will not help your case at all, I suggest you be a bit more polite.
