Was walking through Ludi after I was done training at Teddies and found this. I was able to damage it and it could also damage me. It seemed unable to die though because I hit it about 10 times.
I think it's your computer or internet question,you will not lose any hp from touching it.Just change channel or relog.It will be solved.
