we think you know who he is since you played at the same IP and MAC address in that cafe within 8 minutes of your last logins, your pin is the same, your email address is the same and your date of birth is the same on those accounts.

You were probably just trying to see what was possible on a new character, and got caught for it. we have a zero tolerance policy for this behavior which means you will not be unbanned.
