Not having read the rules is not an excuse to be allowed to break them, you have afterall agreed to these rules upon registration.

This goes for anyone on this server, if a rule is not clear to you then you're free to ask a GM to explain it.
I'd rather explain a rule to 50 players and only have to ban 1-5 for still breaking the rule, than to have to ban all 50 players because they didn't want to ask when it was not clear to them.
With that said you had the option as well to approach a GM about the rule if you were unsure about it, but you haven't done so and thus there isn't much to be done about it anymore.
I'm afraid we do not make any exceptions for players who have broken the rules, and with that said there is nothing left to be appealed here.

I don't fully comprehend what you are trying to tell here, which has to do with language barriers, but from what I understand you are upset that both of your accounts are banned.
I'm afraid our ban system is designed to not only ban your account when you commit an offence, but also to ban your IP and MAC address and the accounts played from that location.
This is because we are very strict with our bans and our intention is not to ban a character or an account, but to ban the player who committed the offence.
With that said it means you got banned from MapleRoyals as a player, which is why you won't be able to log in anymore on any accounts.
